Over the last couple of months, I have been spending the majority of my time integrating and creating social media profiles, (SMP a collection of websites, blogs, social media sites and e-mail communications that you used to support and enhance your cyberspace image for your organization), for both nonprofit and profit. The major challenge is getting my customers to understand that managing your cyberspace presence is a major part of your day-to-day operations. It will take an average organization 35 to 40 hours a week to manage there online communications
The major challenge in this new world of cyberspace is not only managing what you and your employees put on the web but also being aware of the overall perception that your stakeholders have of your organization. I will keep you up to date on the day-to-day challenges of helping my customers into the New World of SMP.
